Last updated: September 29, 2026.
These Terms of Service govern your use of websites, online courses, educational materials, and related services provided by Fire Culture Project, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. By purchasing, accessing, or using these services, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the applicable service. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, enrolling in a course, or completing a purchase.
Educational purpose
Fire Culture Project courses and materials are provided for education, professional development, and organizational discussion. They are not department policy, legal advice, incident-specific command direction, or a substitute for applicable laws, regulations, standards, local procedures, training requirements, or the judgment of the authority having jurisdiction.
Account and access
Course access is provided to the individual purchaser or authorized enrollee and is intended for that person's use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Access may be limited or terminated for unauthorized sharing, misuse, unlawful activity, or material violation of these terms.
Purchases and course use
When purchasing an online course or other Fire Culture Project service, you agree to the price and payment terms displayed at checkout and to the following conditions:
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout, and successful payment provides the access described for the purchased course or service.
Unless Fire Culture Project, LLC gives written permission otherwise, course access and materials may not be shared, resold, republished, distributed, or used to provide access to others.
Course content, written materials, frameworks, graphics, branding, recordings, and other original materials provided by Fire Culture Project, LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a course grants you access for your own educational use; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content. Reasonable personal notes and application within your own professional practice are permitted. Reproduction, commercial redistribution, or creation of competing materials substantially derived from protected course content is not authorized without written permission.
Professional responsibility and risk
You remain responsible for how you apply course concepts in your organization and for complying with applicable law, policy, standards, collective bargaining obligations, employment requirements, and operational procedures. Fire Culture Project, LLC does not guarantee a particular organizational, professional, financial, or operational outcome from use of its educational materials.
Refunds and service issues
Any refund terms specifically presented at checkout or in a written offer for a particular product or service control that purchase. If you experience a billing, access, or delivery problem, contact Fire Culture Project, LLC at ryan@fireccultureproject.com so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Third-party services
Fire Culture Project, LLC may use third-party providers for website hosting, course delivery, forms, communications, analytics, and payment processing. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy policies. Fire Culture Project, LLC does not control third-party systems and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability. Links to third-party resources may be provided for convenience or educational reference. A link does not transfer responsibility for the third party's content or practices to Fire Culture Project, LLC. You should review applicable third-party terms when using those services.

Fire Culture Project, LLC may update these Terms of Service as its services or legal requirements change. The last-updated date on this page will identify the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
